I started my technology career at the age of 19 when I created my first website using simple HTML and Notepad.  I spent two years at Scottsdale Community College studying computer programming.

I spent serveral years at a large pharmacutical company providing dual support in both software and client service. 

I then went to work for a national insurance company where I became the regional technology manager.  I assisted field offices in the set up and maintenace of their AS/400 systems and provided tech support for the company's custom software.

While finishing my Bachelors Degree in Business I managed the internal portal website and Active Directory network for a nationwide financial services company. I provided comprehensive tech support and training to the corporate office as well as over 30 field offices.

I furthered my experience doing contract technical support and project management for various companies including: website design and maintenance, Active Directory support, SharePoint and project management.

Today I continue to expand my knowledge while striving to provide the best service possible to my clients.
